Job Summary:

The Styling Specialist works directly with the Senior Manager, Fashion Office to enhance the customer experience and increase sales through trend research. They also play a key role in supporting the Fashion Office and articulating Dynamite’s fashion POV each season.  


Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging trends that are relevant and aspirational for the Dynamite brand;
  • Become embedded in the Merchandising and Design teams to maintain in-depth knowledge of monthly collections and key investments;
  • Demonstrate a strong connection to the fashion industry and competition by integrating information from the latest influencers and stylists into all content;
  • Develop and maintain fashion office styling guidelines and SOPs seasonally; 
  • Own merchandise management and ordering for monthly campaign photoshoots; 
  • Ensure that styling needs for all marketing collateral are brand-aligned (flat shots, fashion shows, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • College-level degree in Merchandising or Fashion Marketing;
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in editorial/E-comm styling;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec;
  • Strong organization and time management skills; 
  • Presentation skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, and Docs); 
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong point of view on trends and fashion styling while balancing business needs.
