Job Summary:

The role of the Affiliate Marketing Manager is to act as the day-to-day strategic and executional lead for the Garage and Dynamite affiliate marketing programs, as directed by the Director of Customer Acquisition. This role is key in delivering our ambitious growth plans in North America with direct responsibility for multimillion-dollar revenue targets, as well as informing the ongoing development of a market-leading strategy and process in a fast-changing and exciting industry.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the formulation of a comprehensive and ambitious affiliate growth strategy supporting full-price sales;
  • Drive the day-to-day delivery of that strategy across all existing sites in North America (and any other additions);
  • Recruit new affiliate partners and grow the share of voice at existing affiliate partners;
  • Deliver regular, accurate media performance reporting to key stakeholders both digitally and verbally, representing affiliates at all key cross-functional meetings;
  • Constantly monitor performance across all media and territories, taking rapid, data-driven decisions to optimize performance;
  • Work closely with the Customer Insights Department to create meaningful, insightful, and actionable reporting;
  • Build strong working relationships with the Paid Media and Influencer & PR teams to develop integrated plans for key sales periods and new opportunities;
  • Monitor and report on competitor strategies and behaviour;
  • Monitor and keep abreast of the latest digital technology and media channel opportunities.

 


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within a complex retail organization and/or an affiliate marketing agency;
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and performance metrics;
  • Track record of working to revenue and margin growth targets within a complex international retail business;
  • Demonstrable data analytics skills and experience;
  • Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices (with a willingness and an aptitude to continually learn);
  • Experience with marketing channel tracking, reporting, and attribution;
  • Good level of familiarity with affiliate network interfaces (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, etc.);
  • Prior experience in delivering complex messages to a senior audience;
  • Experience working with Google Analytics;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing campaigns;
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills;
  • Autonomous and proactive;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Team player.
