Fort d'une solide expertise en matière de prévision des tendances, de techniques d'impression et de construction textile, vous serez le moteur de l'innovation dans le domaine des motifs, des couleurs et du design de surface afin de proposer des collections attrayantes et commercialement réussies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Champion experimentation with new textile printing techniques, digital print innovations, and sustainable processes to keep the brands at the forefront of the market

Design Execution

  • Oversee the creation of original, complex, and trend-right branding, textile graphics, repeat patterns, slogans, illustrations, and placement prints
  • Develop high-quality mockups, options, and artistic montages that reflect each lifestyle capsule and color direction
  • Ensure aesthetic excellence, color accuracy, and brand consistency across all designs

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams within the organization (design, merchandising, product development, and sourcing) to ensure design integrity and timely execution.
  • Build strong relationships with print studios, suppliers, and manufacturers, respecting timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and skill development

Process & Quality

  • Write and process detailed technical packages, ensuring clarity and precision for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Streamline design workflows, driving continuous improvement in research, creation, and development processes.

Qualifications:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in textile/graphic design for fashion, with proven expertise in graphic development
  • A degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design (BA, BFA, MA, or equivalent)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • A strong eye for typography and layout design
  • Passion for illustration, visual storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries
  • Ability to clearly present and pitch design ideas aligned with brand direction
  • Knowledge of production processes and comfort collaborating across design and development
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
  • We believe in the power of in-person collaboration. This role requires a minimum of four days per week on-site.
