Job Summary:

The Customer Retention team is looking for a CRM Coordinator to support its initiatives focused on driving customer lifetime value, acquisition, and engagement through CRM channels including email, SMS, app push, and others.
 
The team is looking for a candidate who wants to have a real impact on the Dynamite brand, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor. 
 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the communication cadence of all CRM-owned channels (email, SMS,  and app notifications) to ensure it is aligned to meet and exceed traffic and conversion targets;
  • Schedule all CRM-owned channel communications using a combination of different platforms;
  • Build email, SMS, and app push customer audiences;
  • QA all CRM-owned channel communications and track change requests;
  • Track, monitor and report on campaign performance, and provide monthly and quarterly postmortems to improve ongoing CRM communications and identify opportunities;
  • Own, lead, and execute acquisition contests while implementing gamification strategies to enhance customer retention;
  • Responsible for ensuring that all CRM campaigns are scheduled, executed on time and in accordance with business goals across all CRM channels, as well as best practices;
  • Ideate and execute A/B and/or multivariate tests to improve campaigns and customers metrics;
  • Participate in defining the audience and segmentation strategy for all CRM campaigns;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to CRM initiative checklists including asset and copy coordination, QA, and testing;
  • Contribute ideas of new CRM tactics.


Qualifications:

  • Pertinent experience in CRM, marketing or digital marketing coordination;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, business, math or finance required;
  • Experience with email marketing is a must;
  • Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Data-driven and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Experience using a major email marketing platform (i.e., Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, Klaviyo, or Brazel), Customer Data Platform (i.e., Optimove preferred or Salesforce Data Cloud), SMS, app push notifications is an asset;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4);
  • Experience building emails (using template-based emails) is a plus;
  • Experience with the Agile methodology framework is a plus;
  • Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written);
