The Opportunity

As our Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, you'll lead a team of up to 14 talented professionals, championing a data-driven culture across our organization.

  • Create a unified, 360-degree view of our business (Stores, Customers, Products, Prospects);

  • Drive critical business decisions through predictive analytics and insights.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Leadership Excellence

  • A proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing BI teams;

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and motivate;

  • Experience managing transformative BI programmes and stakeholder relationships;

  • A talent for translating business needs into technical solutions with a proven impact;

  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Technical Mastery

  • 10+ years of progressive BI experience, at least 5 years in retail (Fashion would be ideal)

  • PIM certification or significant project management experience
  • Deep expertise in:

    • Advanced SQL optimization and performance tuning;

    • Snowflake architecture and best practices;

    • dbt for scalable data transformations;

    • Sigma for intuitive data visualization;

    • Data governance tools (Informatica or equivalent).

Quality & Performance Obsession

  • Proven history of implementing:

    • Automated data quality frameworks with multi-level validation;

    • High-performance, scalable ETL processes;

    • Real-time monitoring systems with early warning capabilities;

    • Advanced anomaly detection and variance checks.

The Day-to-Day Impact

     As Senior Manager, BI Transformation, you’ll:

  • Lead the execution of our Analytic roadmap;

  • Ensure the timely delivery of trusted, high-quality reports and insights;

  • Optimize our entire BI stack for performance and reliability;

  • Champion data quality and best practices across the organization;

  • Mentor and develop your team to achieve their highest potential;

  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive data-informed decision- making with a quantifiable impact.

The Team You'll Lead

     After a year,  you’ll lead up a 14-person team of:

  • Data Engineers;

  • BI Developers;

  • Data Analysts;

  • BI Visualization Experts.    

    You'll be instrumental in:

  • Structuring the team for maximum impact;

  • Developing individual and team capabilities;

  • Creating a culture of innovation and excellence;

  • Establishing best practices and standards.

    What Success Looks Like

     Within your first year, you’ll have:

  • Transformed our BI capabilities, delivering near real-time, trustworthy insights;

  • Implement robust data quality processes, eliminating data reliability issues;

  • Implemented early warning systems, preventing 90% of potential data incidents;

  • Created a scalable, self-service analytic environment where all teams can work synergistically (BI, Business , Data Science);

  • Developed a high-performing team recognized for its excellence.
