Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Garage, the Offline Marketing Team Lead will be at the forefront of our in-store, events, and community marketing. If it doesn’t need wifi to access, you’ll probably be working on it! Your primary responsibility will be to create, plan and execute all offline marketing events, activations and experiences designed to elevate our brand presence and strengthen audience engagement, in addition to driving an exceptional in-store experience for our 200+ GARAGE stores. This position entails active participation with cross-functional teams and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to uphold the brands long-term strategy and to ensure a seamless execution and optimal impact of all store related projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution and project management for in-store, influencer and community marketing events and activations that effectively support the brand’s 360 marketing objectives;
- Ensure cross-channel visibility and collaboration for activation plans to boost brand visibility and drive conversion;
- Manage relationships with agencies for offline projects;
- Lead and manage brand partnerships and collaborations for events and activations with third-party brands;
- Oversee event budgets, timelines and work back schedules to ensure successful execution ;
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and venues to secure resources and logistics;
- Analyze and conduct post-mortems for store events and brand activations to gauge impact and ROI;
- Serve as marketing lead for store openings, relocations, renovations and closures, including building overall strategy and assets associated with these events;
- Create and oversee all offline briefs for in-store, influencer events and community marketing projects;
- Produce in-store marketing materials for campaigns, contests, promotions, partnerships and brand events, ensuring alignment with digital messaging;
- Source, develop and order GWPs for campaigns and initiatives;
- Lead marketing strategies to support the loyalty program with a focus on customer journey and brand interaction;
- Forecast, produce and manage inventory of Garage and BHN gift cards, lanyards and shopping bags to ensure store fulfillment;
- Conceptualize and develop strategies to support offline channels and annual business goals and marketing plan;
- Deliver additional strategy, management and execution of offline activities as needed;
- Manage Offline team (Offline Marketing Coordinator, Offline Events Intern);
- Manage budgets for all aspects of the offline channel.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in event planning and marketing
- Experience working for a brand is a must
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Deep understanding of the fashion landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
