Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled and passionate Paid Media Specialist to work on our paid media activities including search engine marketing, paid social, programmatic display, and more, with the objective to grow our North American digital traffic and revenue, as well as extend our brands globally. 

 

You should have a love for fashion, with strong creative flair supported by a strong desire to dig into data and results, to continually test and optimise our paid media programs. Your objective is to increase our web, app and store traffic, as well as to optimise our brand presence, ultimately resulting in an increase in transactions and revenue.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Maintenance: Handle the day-to-day paid media operations, such as setting up campaigns, uploading creatives, managing ad copies, and monitoring performance. Create and maintain audiences as well as product sets in the advertising platforms to ensure optimal performance and cohesion with ad creatives;
  • Creative Coordination: Work closely with the Creative team to ensure ad assets are optimised for each platform, delivering the right formats, specs, and messaging;
  • Competitor Research & Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitor strategies and emerging trends, sharing insights with the team to explore new opportunities;
  • Collaborative Support: Team up with your Paid Media colleagues to lend your insights and creativity, assisting with ad-hoc analyses and brainstorming sessions to drive our campaigns to new heights!


Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years retail experience;
  • 2+ years paid media program management;
  • Experience setting up and managing campaigns in key advertising platforms;
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from Google Analytics;
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides);
  • Strong understanding of advertising best practices and A/B testing strategies;
  • Experience with performance marketing for E-commerce brands and omni-channel advertising;
  • Experience with app campaigns and deep linking to promote our mobile applications;
  • Google Ads certification (an asset);
  • Facebook Marketing Blueprint certification (an asset);
  • Google Analytics certification (an asset).
