Job Summary:

Join the Customer Retention team as our Customer Retention Manager to lead building brand-aligned customer experiences through its CRM channels, email, app pushes, and SMS. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to drive and develop a best-in-class team in this field ,and one who can show ever-improving user engagement and channel growth based on customer insights, advanced personalization, segmentation, and iterative testing.

 

This candidate will actively collaborate across teams, including marketing, creative, customer insights, loyalty, product development, IT, and more. Be a part of our ongoing change from a traditional brick & mortar retailer to a global omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the achieving targets, set the vision, and optimize the customer experience through our CRM channels: email, SMS, and app pushes;
  • Coach, mentor, and support a team that includes CRM strategists, coordinators, and HTML coders in their development as a best-in-class team;
  • Be the strategic expert on orchestrating brand-positive customer experiences across CRM;
  • Own the CRM processes and standards, ensuring that we are continuously striving to improve the quality of our output with efficiency across marketing and creative teams;
  • Partner closely with product owners, IT, the loyalty team, and others to set priorities and solve issues in the spirit of aligning with the collective vision of a diverse team of stakeholders and delivering on team goals;
  • Own the CRM A/B testing program through Agile methodologies, showing the learnings and incremental impact of each effort;
  • Oversee budget spend on our email, SMS, and push platforms;
  • Report, analyze, and audit data to find deeper insights and opportunities for growth;
  • Be the thought-leader and drive education of industry trends and best practices in CRM across the business.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with direct hands-on experience in digital CRM and retention programs;
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership and people management experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategic Management, or a quantitative field required;
  • Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, or a similar email service provider;
  • Hands-on experience as a CDP platform power user, such as with Optimove, Segment, or a similar tool;
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Looker, Supermetrics, Salesforce Data Intelligence, or Power BI;
  • Strong number background, data-driven, and strong problem-solving and data auditing skills;
  • Experience building project business cases and managing budgets;
  • The ability to understand fundamental UX design principles and lead CRM campaign creation through design-thinking methods;
  • Experience operating within an Agile methodology framework;
  • Adept at data storytelling and presenting at the leadership level;
  • Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken);
  • The ability to thrive in the face of change with a strong sense of ownership;
  • The ability to build collaboration across teams.
