Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, the Project Manager, Creative Services will take ownership of the end-to-end workflow for the Garage and Dynamite Creative Services departments, from initial concept to final production. You’ll be the key player in overseeing the briefing workflow, leading critical meetings, and ensuring clear, timely communication of deadlines and project details across the design, production, and fashion office departments. This role is perfect for someone with outstanding organizational and communication skills who can drive seamless collaboration.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of creative projects by overseeing timelines and crafting detailed workback schedules that ensure seamless and timely delivery;
  • Communicate and reinforce key deadlines and deliverables across the department and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and accountability;
  • Lead the intake, delegation, and evaluation of creative briefs, prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensuring effective project oversight;
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to strategically allocate resources, balance workloads, and uphold high-quality standards while fostering team well-being;
  • Organize recurring production, approval, and review meetings, ensuring that inputs are accurate, action items are clearly defined, and deadlines are consistently met;
  • Act as a key liaison between creative teams and stakeholders, bridging communication gaps, managing feedback loops, and driving alignment on expectations and deliverables;
  • Harness project management tools to optimize workflows, elevate collaboration, and streamline creative processes for greater efficiency and innovation;
  • Continuously refine and enhance tools and templates, simplifying operations while delivering measurable impact across teams;
  • Lead post-mortem evaluations to capture successes, identify areas for growth, and embed actionable insights into future project planning;
  • Champion the efficiency and success of team workflows by ensuring access to the necessary resources, tools, and processes, while fostering an environment that encourages the adoption of optimized operations;
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to implement scalable cross-functional processes and tools that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of proven experience in project management;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and drive collaboration;
  • Experience with enterprise project management software platforms such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com;
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and an exceptional eye for detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
