Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Store Operations and Programs, the Coordinator, Store Operations and Programs will have the opportunity to optimize the success of in-store activities by actively participating in training content creation for stores and ensuring that the Ambassador Programs run smoothly.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help create training content, including reference guides, video scripts, quizzes, and interactive activities;
  • Take part in adapting and updating existing training content to make it more interactive, enticing, and accessible;
  • Help expand and improve the new Ambassador Program for Garage stores in terms of operations management;
  • Contribute to optimizing the Ambassador Program for Dynamite stores;
  • Prepare communications and presentations for both training/development and the Ambassador Programs;
  • Be responsible for creating contests to promote the Ambassador Programs and monitor their performance;
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and monitor their improvement;
  • Support the Sales and Operations team’s activities.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Bilingual, French and English (written and spoken);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Sense of ownership and flexible availabilities;
  • Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
