Job Summary:

The Planning team is looking for an intern to join them at our Head Office for a paid, full-time, 12-week internship. 

As a GDI intern, you will be a contributing member of our team and will have the opportunity to fully participate in our business. Join us for an immersive summer of hands-on experience at a leading fashion retailer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with the Merchandise Planner to support their decision-making on a daily basis;
• Developing seasonal sales plans, budgets for the open-to-buy in order to achieve corporate sales and profit objectives
• Participate in various product development meetings concerning new collections and product assortment building;
• Help build, maintain and improve tools that are meant to facilitate the sharing of information and insights across the business and much more!

Qualifications:

• Be currently enrolled in a university or college program;
  Must be available full-time following the summer
• Be eager to learn and grow;
• Be proactive and exceed expected results;
• Challenge the status quo by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
