Job Summary:

 

The Sourcing team is looking for an intern to join them at our Head Office for a paid, full-time, 12-week internship. You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor. As a GDI intern, you will be a contributing member of our team and will have the opportunity to fully participate in our business. Join us for an immersive summer of
hands-on experience at a leading fashion retailer.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the production team across the seasonal production process to ensure on- time deliveries;
  • Updateing of internal systems with the latestup to date development and production information;
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of various product development and production reports;
  • Assist with the internal management of photoshoot samples;
  • Help keep the colour archive updated and accurate bywith the filing of colour references;
  • Collate and send colour references to factories;
  • Provide Aadministrative support with pre-shipment approvals;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Be currently enrolled in a university or college program;
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 OR 3.3/4.3;.
  • Be eager to learn and grow;
  • Be proactive and exceed expected results;
  • Challenge the status quo by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
