Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a Manager to oversee our portfolio of corporate applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Your main focus will be to work on Finance or HR projects relating to ERP, HRIS, and WFM. T Your role will consist in understanding the business’s vision and working with stakeholders to develop and implement an innovative roadmap of initiatives.  You must have a strong financial, HR, and operations background coupled with technical knowledge and an understanding of retail systems.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior Director of Business Applications and the PMO on defining the strategy for ERP and corporate applications;
  • Be a key contributor to solution design regarding applications within their portfolio, ensuring that they align with organizational initiatives;
  • Provide technical and/or functional solutions for the optimization of systems, applications, and business processes;
  • Analyze and understand the upstream and downstream implications of any changes being proposed to accurately assess their impacts on the systems;
  • Manage and analyze departmental needs concerning ERP, HR, and WFM applications, and establish appropriate solutions;
  • Manage incident resolution and the continuous improvement of the application portfolio;
  • Actively participate in project milestones with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders;
  • Ensure that deliverables and milestones are achieved within the timelines and budget;
  • Oversee a team of developers and Business Analysts working on ERP and corporate application initiatives;
  • Oversee the offshore team responsible for batch monitoring and level 1 support;
  • Take on a Lead role in ERP implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the technical and functional aspects of RMS Oracle ERP;
  • Knowledge of HRIS is a plus (UKG);
  • Knowledge of WFM is a plus (StoreForce);
  • Experience in implementing an ERP (retail);
  • Ability to lead projects;
  • Experience working directly with end users to bring complex systems or application projects to successful completion;
  • Excellent understanding of how to integrate the people, processes, and technology needed to implement change;
  • Ability to partner with various teams to coordinate and prioritize projects and initiatives;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
