Job Summary:
Reporting to the Project Manager, Sales and Operations, the Sales and Operations Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks requiring regular travel across North America. They will have to take part in store opening projects. They will also update, monitor, and improve operational processes as well as communicate sales-related information.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to the Sales team during store openings, renovations, relocations, closings, and other projects related to sales operations;
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards;
- Communicate and follow up with internal partners before, during, and after project execution;
- Attend calls and meetings with various internal partners;
- Carry out regular follow-ups and operational data entry (business hours, calendars, monthly district list, etc.);
- Manage and address all troubleshooting tickets for the Operations team;
- Coordinate all onboarding needs when hiring new District Managers and Sales Directors (access to various systems);
- Follow up on deadlines and update related documents accordingly;
- Contribute to developing new operational processes;
- Provide feedback to improve and optimize existing processes;
- Support the Sales and Operations team’s activities;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Operations or a related field, preferably in the retail industry;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills;
- Proactive attitude with a great sense of initiative;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Flexible availabilities;
- Valid passport;
- Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken).
