Job Summary:

The Marketing team is looking for a driven, positive, and creative PR & Influencer Specialist to play a key role in expanding Dynamite's presence in the influencer and digital media realm for its Canadian and American operations, from generating content and overseeing influencer-led ambassador and affiliate programs to creating engaging content for our digital channels.


You must have an understanding of brand requirements and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You must also be a proactive, highly motivated, and inspired self-starter as you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with individuals in all areas of the business.


You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a campaign strategy and implement omni-channel supporting tactics;
  • Build and execute influencer strategies to support campaigns and company objectives;
  • Develop creative and innovative activations to scale and maximize ROl and other KPIs related to influencer partnerships in a brand-aligned manner;
  • Oversee influencer activities related to seasonal and monthly campaigns, including photoshoots, video production, online content creation, and events;
  • Research, secure, and optimize influencer partnerships for various types of initiatives;
  • Track and monitor results to effectively adapt strategies by continuously improving key metrics;
  • Conduct the weekly coordination of influencer packages and reporting;
  • Maintain existing and foster new media, supplier, and influencer relationships;
  • Manage all publication and media requests in a timely and professional manner, including being the liaison between our team and our external PR agency;
  • Keep up-to-date on industry and marketing trends and assess key learnings;
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies and consistently identify press and event opportunities in our markets;
  • Take ownership and accountability in all areas of influencer-related activities.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years (ideally 5) of experience working in a Public Relations role related to digital media and influencers;
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing;
  • Budget and time management skills;
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting;
  • Experience with contract management and negotiations;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Fully bilingual (French and English), oral and written.
